There are two different methods of payment at Katzen Klub:

PAYPAL STORE:

You can use your own PayPal account. This is a very secure method since you don’t have to give any credit card details on internet. Just add the items to the cart. Once you click on the “checkout” icon you will be redirected to the PayPal Website in order to access your account and finish the transaction. You will given all the necessary information. However, do not hesitate to send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it should you have any doubts.

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry: you don't need one to complete your purchase; PayPal accepts most credit and debit cards. We will not see your credit card details!!! Just add the items to the cart. Once you click on the “checkout” icon you will be redirected to the PayPal Website. Then select "Do not have a PayPal account?" and Pay by credit or debit card as a guest of PayPal. They will give you all necessary details to complete successfully your purchase at Katzen Klub. THIS IS A VERY SECURE, FREE, EASY AND QUICK METHOD! You will receive your order in a short time!

E-MAIL ORDER:

All you have to do is fill out the form with the items you are going to purchase (follow the instructions on the form) and we will send you an e-mail with the final amount, including the shipping and handling fees, and the bank account number where to transfer the payment. As soon as we receive confirmation of bank deposit your order will be shipped to you. Should you desire to speed up this process just send us an email with a copy of the bank transfer and again, we will immediately proceed to shipping your order.

You can check all our products on the PAYPAL STORE site. You can use the currency converter if you want to check the prices in any other currency.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Any item can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.  No exception. The only requirement is to return the original T-shirt in the same condition you received it in. If you bought the wrong size we will be happy to exchange it for a new one.  Katzen Klub will only charge you shipping fees for exchanged items, unless you received a different one than what you had ordered or a defective one, in which case we cover the shipping fees.

DELIVERY

We deliver anywhere in Spain or Europe.  All shipments are entirely insured for the value of the content. Any order not received will be shipped again immediately. All products should arrive in perfect condition.

METHOD AND SHIPPING TERMS:

Our goal is to have as much in stock as possible in order for you to receive your order within the time frame. That means once you have received a confirmation email of your order.

• 3 to 5 working days for Spain (including the Balears, Ceuta and Mellila).
• 8 working days the Canary Islands

• Should we be sold out on any of the products we will automatically inform you by email and will also advise whether the style is simply out of stock or is it is discontinued.
